The tried and tested carrier constructions including crash pads remain unchanged.

In the event of a fall or a light crash, the crash pad remains intact and the shock absorber cap can be replaced quickly and easily.
The highlight is that all GSG crash pads with centric mounting that have been produced and sold in the last 23 years can be retrofitted with the shock absorber caps at low cost.
