Maximum security and first-class performance
Conventional plastic brake lines often reach their limits under extreme conditions, such as with brake callipers that reach temperatures of up to 140°C. Heat can soften, harden or even damage conventional lines - a risk that is particularly evident on long downhill rides, loaded bikes, e-bikes or heavy-duty bikes. Our steel flex brake lines defy these challenges with a temperature resistance of up to 260°C - almost twice as high as that of plastic lines. They therefore offer a reliable solution for demanding applications and are a convincing choice for bicycles from leading German manufacturers such as Pegasus, Kalkhoff and Hercules.
Innovative technology for precise control
With precise modulation and a clearly defined pressure point, our steel flex brake lines ensure maximum control - a decisive advantage on any type of surface. In cooperation with leading brake manufacturers such as Shimano, Magura and SRAM, they guarantee constant braking performance without any noticeable drop-off, which is particularly invaluable for trail riders.
The robust stainless steel reinforcement, proven for decades in the motorcycle and automotive sector, also offers impressive durability for bicycles. Thanks to partnerships with brands such as TEKTRO, AVID and Formula, our bicycle steel flex brake lines are available for almost all bicycle types and are compatible with common brake fluids and mineral oils.
Durable, low-maintenance and reliable
The Teflon inner core of our brake lines guarantees an almost unlimited service life. Once fitted, they are low-maintenance and do not need to be replaced. The special crimping system ensures absolute tightness, while the robust connections remain intact even in the event of a fall.
Your advantages at a glance
- Precise brake force transmissionDirect and precise power transmission ensures shorter braking distances.
- LongevityMore resistant to wear and ageing than rubber cables.
- Heat resistanceOperating temperatures of up to 260°C prevent overheating and loss of braking force.
- Flexibility: Individually adaptable to different bike models.
- Dimensional stabilityMinimum elongation for constant brake pressure.
- Weight reductionLighter than conventional brake lines.
- Ease of maintenanceLess replacement and less maintenance.

Assembly / laying / installation of bicycle steel flex brake lines
When installing bicycle steel flex brake lines, you have the choice between two installation options: "internal installation in the frame" or "external installation on the frame".
Within the scope of
This method facilitates self-assembly: one side of the cable is open so that it can be easily routed through the frame. The user can then install the open side independently using a screwing method. Thanks to this flexible solution, the cable can be easily adapted to different frame geometries, which considerably simplifies installation.
With this type of installation, one side is pressed by us. The other side is laid/guided through the frame and the end is then screwed together with the accessories supplied.
On the frame
With this type of installation, both ends of the line are firmly crimped and fixed to the outside of the frame. This method is ideal for users who value a permanently installed brake hose. The firmly crimped ends ensure a reliable connection, while the cable is clearly visible along the frame.
With this type of installation, the line is crimped on both sides by us. The brake line is bolted as usual during installation and attached to the original brackets.
